I don't know anything about the NavAid device. I was talking
generally about controllers. From the original email I thought that the
Navaid device controls altitude. Having just looked at the website I
find that it is only controlling angle of bank. My comment is thus out
of place. It is puzzling why the use of the Navaid should affect the
stability of pitch attitude.
