All engines with no water cooling always have an oil cooler. Why - to cool the oil ! And why does it need to be cooled ? Because it gets hot. And why does it get hot ? Because it is taking heat out of the engine ! The cooling air can only reach the outside of the engine. I hope your statement was a typo ! Richard |
