Hello Gilles

""Anyone using Decalin lead scavenger in Rotax?""

"Why should we ? Any recommendation from Rotax ?"

Lead scavenger may help out:
Lead fouling of plugs
Sticking valves, stems and guides, talking to a Katana mechanic, most
times after a climb, reduce throttle and get rough that often will go
away. This mystery miss is often mistaken for carb ice
Talkin to a guy who was in Italy for a while, 80/80 compression motor
would not develop full power, when torn down cylinders coated with lead
Sticking rings
Combustion chamber deposits, can cause the "D" word
Sticking wastegate
I forget the exact gearbox problem, think it was slipping slipper clutch
Lead gets in the oil, if it percipates out....

Lockwood in US advocates use of TCP, they have not investigated other at
this time.
