My closeout on one wing for the aileron is 47MM root end 50 MM outboard end.
The other is 45 MM both ends. My ailerons both measure 66MM on the root and
52MM outboard end. I wound up cutting a horizontal cut on the top of the
closeout approx 1" just outboard of both ends and this allowed the aileron
to slip in...albeit a little tight but worakable without having to cut any
of the top "off". I appreciate the advice and will check with the factory
about what the actual measurements should be.
