For what it's worth, I respect, but regret, Tony's decision.  I believe he
is also caught between a rock and a hard place.

He is the owner of his company and has established a policy that Yahoo
groups are banned on his company network.  He cannot now introduce a 'do as
I say, not as I do' policy if he wishes to maintain crediblity with his
staff and clients.  That is if he wishes to remain subscribed to this group.

Were any other list servers investigated?
