This is a standard differential compression test: set 80 psi on the first
(helps to have a regulator) and the second gives you an indication of leaks
in the system at TDC: rule of thumb is that 60/80 is minimum -although some
engines (big continentals ) regularly show as little as 45/80 and are OK.
Healthy engines are in the 70+/80 bracket.
