I'm sure that I saw something in a magazine a little while ago about LED
strobes. Has anyone had any direct experience of these? Can they be as
bright as a normal strobe?

Thanks

Rick

LED's use a much lower voltage than 12 volts. If I were to build a
powerfull LED system, I would use a switching power supply to avoid
converting to much voltage into heat. Switching power supplies are
notorious for their ability to generate EM interference.
