When the Europa is sitting on the ground the rubber block is compressed such 
that there is about 1/2 to 1 cm of bolt showing (from the bottom of the 
shock plate to the bolt head). That is normal for all Europas. Do not 
attempt to take up this slack by tightening the bolts - if you do the 
undercarriage will not retract fully.
