exemption packing group
the same as most hair care products, a lot of which are corrosive or
oxidizing agents also, but arent
considered hazardous because of the small amounts involved

I just checked and the packs are 1.4kg, not 2kg as I believed.
In the UK these are available for L80 including tax and shipping. Split
into 200g batches would work out at L12 each plus postage.
OK, I know that posting is a no no due to them being classed as hazardous
chemicals but small batches properly packaged shouldnt be a problem.
