I had the same problem with the English to English bit. I found that if I
read through the entire chapter and then the next and looked back an forth
in the manual, things made very good since.  It is not that the manual is
written funny (is depends on your point of view) but that you are not
familiar with what it is you are making.

The Part your are worried about is in the parts box you checked in. It will
be part of the rudder when you get it made.
