You need to make a simple small jig to locate the hinge pin, the push rod
attach bolt and the bottom surface of the aileron. Maker it to work on
either aileron.
The important factor is that both ailerons are identical both as to radius
of the bolt from the hinge and the angle between the radius and the bottom
of the aileron.
