Hello, everyone. I just joined the mailing list recently and thought I
should introduce myself before pestering everyone with questions. I am a
new Europa builder in Camarillo, which is in southern California. "New"
means I don't even have my kit yet - it arrives next Monday. I ordered
the XS model at Oshkosh after flying Kim Prout's monowheel last summer.
I can't wait to get going.... I hope not to be *too* much of a pest - I
have read all the past mail on this forum, and every book I have found
on aircraft building.

To support my filthy flying habit I am a software developer (Windows
client-server programs for credit unions). I am extraordinarily
fortunate - my wife encouraged me to learn to fly, offered me the use of
the entire garage while building, and actually volunteered to help
throughout the process. She has skills in electronic work that I lack,
and with her help I hope to do my own panel for the plane.
