If you want to ski regularly why not make a light weight ski rack out of foam 
and carbon fibre or bid - a couple of H sections would work. Fit these into 
the area aft of the bulkhead then make a hole in the bulkhead to slide the 
skis into. Don't forget to provide strong attachment points to ensure that 
the skis don't move in flight. A few guys do that sort of thing here to house 
fishing rods in their RV's.

Who is going to be the first to add a ski to a Europa?
