thanks - is your's a 914? (Not relevant to the tank issue but relevant to
detonation)
I spoke to Bud yesterday and he uses 100LL + TCP but agreed with you that I
could run premium mogas.
I did the Yerly tank supporting mod - supporting the forward lower edge,
corner and  tunnel edge of the tank and filling the gap underneath the tank
with aerosol foam.  Fingers crossed.
