Until now there are 14 Europas, 18 pilots/co-pilots having
confirmed/expressed interest in participating. This is amazing!
Nice weather, exiting exhibition, good friendship and excellent food
will make this meeting stay in memory for long time.
We have made a block reservation for 12 single and 5 double rooms at
the Hotel Eberbacher Hof in Biberach - http://www.eberbacherhof.de/ .
Most of the rooms are already confirmed, the rest we are holding for a
relatively short time still.
Check http://aero2012.scassel.se/ for latest update on how many that
have been booked.
The prices per night are, including breakfast:
Single room: Euro 69 (normal price Euro 80), double room Euro 88
(normal price Euro 120).
Cancelling policy:
- Until one week before scheduled arrival day: No charge.
- Until two days before: 25% of the room price.
- Cancelling on scheduled arrival day: 50% of the room price.
- In case of illness: No charge (applies to =9Cseveral
rooms=9D, but we cannot all declare =9Cill=9D if
flight into Biberach has to be cancelled due to weather!)
