Hi John, on my streak i used normal grease on the shaft that slides into the 
noseleg,
but 
,on the LARGE PLASTIC WASHER i Used the "NYEOGEL 774VH" ,a smear on both sides
is all that
 was required - its effect is to "DAMP" the movement of the nose wheel ,the 
transformation
 is quite remarkable. i set the force as per the manufacturers instuctions, 
although
you 
may find a different setting more suitable.
