Ok, Ok, I don't want to open a controverters. It appears easy to me to refex the flaps on a mono permanently and therefore decrease the flap down angle by the same amount by moving the pivot point of the flap back about a small amount. This would be a simple matter but if one changed the angle by say, 5degrees, would the landing takeoff suffer enough that one would not benefit by greater cruise? Duane? Others?
