Dot 5 fluid is the way to go, but don't get it anywhere near your plane
until you have finnished the painting.
I just finnished a Europa for a customer, the brake system had already been
filled, and bled with Dot 5, during that process, some fluid had got onto
the fuselage lower surface...... you should have heard the expleteves bouncing
around the workshop, when that came to light, during application of the
Barrier coat...... it took three of us two days to get the fluid off with
various
special cleaning agents... +cellulose thinners... +scouring powder... and
lots of elbow grease / blisters / running eyes... just a warning, guys.
