Also, the guy that had the Europa parts for sale on eBay also had a fuel
filler mod for sale that included a cap I think. That auction looks like
it's over but he might not have sold it. Search for auctions from member
gmaxv then contact him to find out. He's in the UK.

Not a quick fix, but replacement caps are available from Aircraft
Spruce and Wicks. Unfortunately, they seem to be sold only as a set,
cap + flange. See page 165 in the new ACS catalog or search either of
their websites ( http://www.aircraftspruce.com
http://www.wicksaircraft.com ) for "fuel caps".
