1. By using a pair of sleeved tubes and a grease nipple the pivot is
positively lubricated and regreasing is easy.
2. The outrigger assembly can be tightened fully at the pivot bolt making
it more rigid.
3. Wear on both the sideplates and the OR1 leg casting are prevented.
4. It is no longer possible to clamp the assembly too tightly preventing
the risk of the outrigger failing to lower fully.
It is about half a day's work and the parts are very cheap. This became a
Europa Club Mod at the suggestion of the PFA so they must have liked it!
