Raimo,

Besides the pulleys at the place as per the manual, I installed the following
nylon
tube guides (XS fuselage, monowheel) for the rudder cables:
- One for each cable at the tunnel walls in the area of the landing gear frame.
- One for each cable at the tunnel walls in the area, where the brake cylinder
is, when the wheel is retracted. Reason for these tubes: Keep the cables away
---From the landing gear, the wheel and the brake cylinder. The area arond the
brake
cylinder, where the tunnel becomes narrow, is the most difficult one for
preventing
conflicts with the cables.
- One for each cable at the baggage bay support ribs.
Reason: Stabilise the position of the cables, keep them away from the fuel lines
in that area.

I used only short tube guides (about 40-50 mm long), that are bonded with three
layers of BID (and some flox) to the walls. Reasons for not using longer nylon
tubes: Easy inspection of the cables, few or no problems with water, ice and
dirt inside the tubes.

My plane is not yet in the air, so no "real life experience" available. But the
cables are nicely kept in place and there is very few friction in the system.

Good luck and enjoy building!
Alfred
