No, she's set up so at full up flap the motor just runs, but no more
tug on the linear actuator. The only "up stop" I recall is that due
to clearance between the big crosstube and the baggage bay bulkhead.
I set it up so that the flaps appeared to be neutral camber, with any
error maybe a flew hairs up.
