I wonder if anyone has had this problem and, if so, found a solution.
My aircraft has been flying for just over a year. A couple of weeks ago it
suffered
some minor 'hangar rash' which I thought I would touch in with some of the
paint left over from the initial build. Although the paint was o.k., the
hardener
(Akzo Nobel S66/22R as supplied by Europa Aviation) was beyond it's use
by date and hard.
The problem is that it seems like this hardener is only available in 5 lt cans,
and the best price to date is =A367.95 plus VAT .......... all rather 'orrible
for a tiny scratch!
Does anyone know of a source of this hardener in less than 5lt cans or even an
alternative hardener ............... or are there 3 or 4 other in the U.K with
scratched Europa's who would be interested in sharing a can ............!
