I am *very* seriously considering purchasing a Europa kit. In fact, I
was about to make the irrational purchase without even sitting in the
aircraft, given all I have read about it.
Common sense having regained its foothold, I am wondering whether there
are any Europa builders between Washington and Connecticut, or as far
west as Pittsburgh, who might allow me to come take a look at their
mostly or completely finished Europas? I would just like to sit in one
to see if I (6'2"; 200 lbs.) fit in it. I am not even talking about a
test flight (I have confidence that it flies really well, certainly
better than the Pipers that I am used to renting). I am trying to avoid
the time and expense of flying all the way to Lakeland to sit in the
factory machine if at all possible.
I live in Wilmington, DE. Any information in making my decision would be
much appreciated.
