Super Fil by Poly Fiber

Has anyone used Super Fill Lite by Poly Fiber to use as the material to fill the
weave. I am using it and having a problem with it being too dry. When
smoothing out on the fiberglass, it balls up in places and is difficult to make
it stick to the surface.

This has not been too bad on the small surfaces, ie, rudder and anti servo tabs,
but on the stabilator, it is a bugger. Any solutions out there.

So far we have not tried to heat the trowels or the material, and it is cold in
Indiana right now, and we are working in a garage that is probably 55 degrees f.

We also tried to use the Aero Poxy Micro Balloons over top as a fine finish and
this stuff just won't cure.

The Super Fil Lite is nice because we can sand it quite easily the next day, but
I am worried that to cover the wings will be a problem if we do not find a
better way.

I have heard that some one has tried just spreading micro balloons in the fabric
during the layup process while the epoxy is still wet. Is this so, and has
anyone done this, and what are the results?

Looking for a better way.
