Alodine treated aileron push tube - used PVC tube to soak in metalprep and chromic acid. Much easier than looking a dip tank the size of a bath tub.

A very lightweight conduit for the pitot-static tubing/electrical wiring can be made by rolling a sheet of mylar on a PVC pipe with a few blobs of epoxy. Pull the PVC pipe out, and you end up with a tubing that weighs almost nothing.

Cap the ends with a piece of PVC union and two layers of bid.

Built aluminum spacers to increase the bellcrank distance from the spar. Used 3/32" aluminum stock.
